HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Depending on how busy we are, delivery times can vary. Our processing time is currently a few days as we are just a one person operation and all our products are made to order. We will keep you updated every step of the way, thank you for being patient with us! Standard delivery costs £3.99 and takes 2-3 days to arrive from shipping and Next Day Delivery costs £6 and should be there within 2 days. Orders over £80 get free standard delivery!
DO YOU OFFER PROMOTIONS?
Yes! You can find any discount codes or limited time sales can be found on our instagram @justbeachyclub .Give us a follow to stay up to date!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ONE SIZE FITS ALL?
No we have the full size range from an XS to 3XL available for you to order! If you want a baggy fit as shown in most of our pics we recommend going up a few sizes. E.g. if you're a small you may want to get a large to extra large, but its completely up to you!
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
You'll find the care guide in your package, but all our clothes need to be washed cold (30C) and air dried to protect the print! Iron on reverse too!
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If your order comes damaged, contact us via email and we will sort this out as quickly as possible for you. Otherwise, we accept returns within 14 days. We can't exchange products but please feel free to return and order something else!
SUSTAINABILITY?
Sustainability and the environment is really important to us. Our products are sourced and printed within the UK to minimise carbon emissions on importing goods. We also like to support local small businesses. Our packaging is made from 100% recycled materials and is fully recyclable! It is also completely carbon neutral! We use Royal Mail to fulfil our deliveries as they have the lowest carbon emissions of any UK delivery company.
